Return the cartridge to its original cover after printing, or if you plan not to print within the next 20 minutes.
Remove the battery from the device and plug the charger directly into the battery.
Please make sure your image is loaded directly on the stick and not in a sub folder.
Make sure the battery is charged. Please ensure that the battery is properly inserted, it has to click to be locked in place. Make sure the orientation is correct.

This could possibly be caused by a malfunctioning encoder. Go to Printer setting, control and switch the encoder switch off. The printer will have to be sent in for repairs
